- Employer Portal बाट Contributor (Employee) दर्ता गर्न सकिन्छ।
- प्रमाणीकरणपछि प्रत्येक योगदानकर्ताले Username, Password र SSID प्राप्त गर्नेछ।
- Contributor प्रमाणीकरणपछि Employer Portal मा Login गरी मासिक योगदान रकम जम्मा गर्नुहोस्।

सामाजिक सुरक्षा कोषको स्थापना सामाजिक सुरक्षा (व्यवस्थापन कोष तथा सञ्चालन) नियमावली, २०६७ जारी भई सो बमोजिम २०६७ साल चैत्र ७ गते भएको हो।यस कोषले स्थापनाकाल देखि सामाजिक सुरक्षा करको व्यवस्थापन गर्दै आएकोमा योगदानमा आधारित सामाजिक सुरक्षा ऐन, २०७४ जारी भएपछि सो ऐन बमोजिम कार्य गर्दै आएको छ। ऐनको प्रस्तावनामा उल्लेखित श्रमिकको योगदानमा आधारित सामाजिक सुरक्षाको हक सुनिश्चित गर्नु तथा योगदानकर्तालाई सामाजिक सुरक्षा प्रदान गर्नु यस कोषका उद्देश्य हुन्। सबै श्रमिकलाई सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनामा आबद्ध गराई उनीहरुकोआर्थिक तथा सामाजिक जोखिमको न्यूनीकरण गर्ने, सर्वव्यापी सामाजिक सुरक्षाको अवधारणालाई मूर्तरूप दिने तथा योगदानमा आधारित सामाजिक सुरक्षाको संवैधानिकहकलाई सुनिश्चित गर्ने दिशातर्फ कोषका कार्यक्रम लक्षित छन्। योगदानमा आधारित सामाजिक सुरक्षा ऐनले औपचारिक र अनौपचारिक क्षेत्रका श्रमिक तथा स्वरोजगारमा रहेका व्यक्तिलाई सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनामा आबद्ध गराउन सक्ने ब्यवस्था गरेकोछ । जसले गर्दा कोषको कार्य क्षेत्रलाई व्यापक बनाएको छ।सोही ऐनको दफा १० मा औषधि उपचार तथा स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा योजना, मातृत्व सुरक्षा योजना, दुर्घटना सुरक्षा योजना, अशक्तता सुरक्षा योजना, वृद्ध अवस्था सुरक्षा योजना, आश्रित परिवार सुरक्षा योजना, बेरोजगार सहायता योजनाका अतिरिक्त कोषले तोकेका अन्य सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजना सञ्चालन गर्नेछ भनी कोषले सञ्चालन गर्न सक्ने सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनाहरूको दायरा किटान गरिएको छ । ऐनमा उल्लेखित सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजना सञ्चालन गर्नका लागि सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजना सञ्चालन कार्यविधि, २०७५ कार्यान्वयनमा आएको छ। कोषले योगदानमा आधारित सामाजिक सुरक्षा प्रणालीमा आबद्ध गराउन रोजगारदाता तथा श्रमिकको सूचीकरण गर्ने, योगदान रकम संकलन गर्ने, कोषमा जम्मा भएको रकम परिचालन गर्ने, सुविधा योजनाहरूको दाबी भुक्तानी व्यवस्थापन गर्ने, कोषमा आबद्ध स्वास्थ्य संस्थाहरूको सञ्जाल विस्तार गरी गुणस्तरीय र प्रभावकारी स्वास्थ्य उपचार पद्धतिमा पहुँच स्थापित गर्ने जस्ता कार्यहरू गर्दैआएको छ। कोषले गर्ने कार्य सम्पादनलार्इ प्रविधिमैत्री बनाई छिटो, छरितो र गुणस्तरीय सेवा प्रवाहमा जोड दिँदै आएको छ। योगदानमा आधारित सामाजिक सुरक्षा कार्यक्रमको सञ्चालन तथा व्यवस्थापन कोषबाट हुने व्यवस्था गरिएको सन्दर्भमा यस कोष अन्तर्गतका सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनालाई अर्थतन्त्रका औपचारिक क्षेत्रका अतिरिक्त अनौपचारिक तथा स्वरोजगार र वैदेशिक रोजगारीका क्षेत्रमा विस्तार गरी योगदानमा आधारित सामाजिक सुरक्षालाई व्यापक र प्रभावकारी बनाउदै यस प्रणालीलाई समतामूलक र समाजवादउन्मुख अर्थतन्त्रको एक संवाहकको रूपमा स्थापित गर्नको लागि कोष प्रतिबद्ध छ ।
